This is a dance I choreographed about my chronic illnesses and how getting diagnosed with POTS syndrome, Narcolepsy and Cataplexy has been life changing. Everyday is a battle. Not only do I have to fight my symptoms but I have to fight for my rights and to be respected. My chronic illnesses are rare and incurable and are considered "invisible illnesses", because you can't tell I'm sick just from looking at me. This then leads to people like me being called liars and people having no sympathy towards us because we look fine to them. This dance was choreographed to show people the battle I face everyday knowing that due to my chronic illnesses I'm no longer in control of my body.

I couldn't watch this for some reason. I'm sorry for what you're dealing with & empathize with you. Just because something can't be seen, doesn't mean it's not there. I also suffer from things that are invisible to the naked eye & have people be rude and mean to me due to it. Take care and God bless! :)

As a sign of gratitude on how my husband was saved from Narcolepsy, i decided to reach out to those still suffering from this.
